Football

I played football for 20 years in the KDFL senior division. I played for two local clubs, Kildare town and Rathangan AFC. I captained my team for 5 years, and won several medals.

Surfing

I have been surfing for 10 years and have surfed all over the world, but I am still no good at it!

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA

I have been training in BJJ for several years and I have competed in a couple of amateur MMA contests.

Mountain Biking

I love to mountain bike around Ireland, both Enduro and downhill mountain biking.

Kayaking

I enjoy Kayaking whether in raging whitewater rapids, calm lakes or wild surf.

Travelling

The world is a big place but so far I’ve visited most of Europe, Island-hopped across the South Atlantic and South Asia, Bungee-jumped in New-Zealand, slept in the outback in Oz and shopped in New York.
